Maciej Caputa: consulting, workshops and talks

I help companies roll out AI so that the whole team uses it, not just one person. I do it at my own company first. At Edubite AI agents write code and help with customer support and with onboarding new people, while decisions about money and data stay with a person.

What I bring

I am a software engineer and I worked on software for banks. Since 2021 I have run Edubite, a company without outside investors. Over 60,000 students have used our apps, Matematyka Gryzie and Nauka Gryzie. I know AI from the code side and from the side of a CEO who answers for the results and for the team.

How I can help

Consulting for leadership: we find where work repeats in your company, pick the first tasks for AI and lay out a rollout plan with an owner for every step.
Workshop for the team: we work on your own tasks and write down instructions the team keeps using after the workshop.
Talk for a company event: how a company works when AI agents do a large part of the work, with a quiz in which the room checks its own level of working with AI.

“One person uses AI, the rest do not know where to start.” At Edubite the whole team works with AI. Customer support approves Gryzik's answers with one click, and our designer and marketing build first versions of pages with an agent themselves.

“We see no effect, only more subscriptions.” Across two 20-day periods, merged code changes went from 1,012 to 2,029. A support request sent at 11:26 was working in the admin panel at 12:42.

“We are afraid of mistakes and of handing data to AI.” A second model reviews code changes, and access to finances, payments and user data is always approved by a person. When agents spent too long fixing one change, we added a rule: stop and ask.

“The team is afraid AI will replace them.” We hire about one person a week. A new person gets a list of steps in the admin panel, and an AI assistant tells them what is left.

The number of code changes counts packages of changes, not features.
